Terms of use

These terms apply when you use this website and when you place an order with Luxury 7. Please read them before you order.

Placing an order

When you place an order you receive an order number and an order page listing what you ordered. Your order is an offer to buy those items; the contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error — and we’ll tell you if we do.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you choose. Delivery is added at checkout. We currently accept cash on delivery: payment is due to the courier when your order is delivered. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the items passes to you on delivery.

Returns

You can return eligible items as described in our returns policy.

Product information

We show our products as accurately as we can, but colors can vary slightly between screens.

Your account

Keep your password confidential; you’re responsible for activity under your account.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
